About the Course
Through years of weight training, running, mixed martial arts and various sports, Nutritional Physiologist and sports nutritionist Mary Esther Gilbert teaches her whole health holistic approach for optimizing physical and mental energy for workout consistency in building a youthful, strong. and flexible body--for life.
Her nine Principles of Power Nutrition creates an in-depth, critical understanding of one’s own nutritional physiology for maintaining the all-important timeliness in providing the exercised body with nutrient-dense meals, proper hydration, and biologically correct supplements post-workouts and between workouts.
