Speaker Fees

​

Plus Expenses: Hotel, Transportation/Mileage, Flights, and Meals Per Diem

​

1. Tucson, AZ Local Groups and Businesses:  $500 per hour plus transportation and meal expenses.

​​

2. Locations outside of Tucson, AZ:

​

• 50 mile radius: $995 per hour plus expenses.

• 100 mile radius: $1100 per hour plus expenses.

• 200 mile radius: $1800 per hour plus expenses.

• 400 mile radius: $2400 per hour plus expenses.

• Over 500 mile radius: $5000 per hour plus expenses.​​​

 

3. Outside of U.S., Canada: $7,000 USD per hour plus expenses.

 

All travel arrangements and expenses are arranged and paid for by ​the event organizer well ahead of the  speaking event, including per diem covering meals and incidental costs. 

​

A non-refundable advance of 50% of the speaker fee is required well before the event.
