Not All Supplements are Created Equal
Enjoy the full-range nutrient selection of whole food supplements below, expertly evaluated and selected out of thousands of products by Mary Esther Gilbert, Nutritional Physiologist, who has over 40 years experience assessing nutritional supplement ingredients.
Dear fellow human beings,
I have long since lost count of the number of nutritional supplement ingredients I have examined in supplement formulations. For most of them, I have rejected or refused to advocate them for people if even one ingredient was not absorbable or could potentially be inflammatory or allergenic. However, the nutritional supplements industry has improved greatly in recent years, and there are now a few very good supplements available.
I have selected the following supplements to suggest to my clients and customers based on optimal absorption and utilization in the body, and on the origin of ingredient sources (free of pesticides and GMOs) and were also selected based on the companies' manufacturing practices and ethics.
Selecting supplements knowledgeably requires understanding their ingredients and whether or not the body is able to utilize them. By exploring the Product Details below and getting your free Vitamin Mineral chart, you make highly informed selections and make your health investment pay off much more effectively.
Often, nutritional supplements are hit and miss when it comes to providing the body with the full range of known biologically correct essential-to-life nutrients. Stick with the foundation of essential nutrients in nutritional supplementation with the specially selected supplement formulations listed below, and avoid poor selections of over-priced synthetics and nutritionally incomplete formulations.
Together, these supplements, made from the finest nutrient-dense whole food sources, work in synergy to provide your body with the full range of vitamin complexes, mineral complexes, raw food enzymes, and beneficial, health protective phytonutrients and antioxidants from a vast variety of potent, whole foods your body needs every day to repair, regenerate, and protect the functioning of your body's trillions of cells.
The human body cannot prevent diseased conditions, heal itself from injuries or surgeries, or be at its optimal, youthful state of health without providing it with a full complement of essential nutrients every day of your life.

Organic Mangosteen Whole fruit powder, available in 1 lb and 5 lb bags.

Highly regarded throughout Asia medicine for a variety of health ailments. The pericarp or rind contains potent medicinal value in a large class of compounds known as xanthones.
Recent studies reveal that these xanthones exhibit a variety of biological activities, with anti-inflammatory, anti-bacterial, and anti-cancer effects. Anti-proliferative effects that inhibit cancer cell growth in various human cancer cells have been shown in four xanthones from the pericarp; α-mangostin, β-mangostin, γ-mangostin, and methoxy-β-mangostin by arresting the cancer cells’ ability to reproduce.

The xanthone α-Mangostin was found to induce apoptosis or cancer cell self-destruction.

Whey protein Isolate:

-
A complete protein yielding 90% protein concentration
-
It contains no fat and carbohydrates
-
It is high in branched-chain amino acids(especially leucine).
-
It is considered an undenatured protein; however, if the raw material company uses a filtration process that uses heating components, it may denature the protein.
-
Because components like beta-lactoglobulin, alpha-lactalbumin, immunoglobulin, and lactoferrin are proteins by definition, contrary to popular opinion, whey isolate does contain these critical cofactors.
-
Whey isolate may contain a tiny amount of lactose.

Whey protein concentrate typically contains 70-80% protein, while isolate is further processed to contain 90% or more protein by weight. This additional processing in isolate removes more fat and lactose, making it lower in these components compared to concentrate.
